Trading Fees & Costs

Understanding the costs associated with CFD trading is an important part of managing a trading account. FinZuro uses a spread-based pricing model for CFD trading and does not charge a separate trading commission on CFD transactions. Overnight financing may apply to positions held beyond the applicable daily financing time.

Trading costs can vary depending on the financial instrument, market conditions, position size and the length of time a position remains open. Current instrument-specific trading conditions are available through the FinZuro trading platform.

Minimum spreads and other trading costs may vary according to market conditions and the specific instrument. “From” figures represent minimum advertised costs and are not guaranteed spreads. Current rates and conditions displayed on the FinZuro trading platform take precedence.

Spreads

The spread is the difference between the buy and sell prices quoted for a CFD and is the primary trading cost applicable to FinZuro's spread-based CFD model.

FinZuro offers variable spreads that may change according to market conditions, liquidity, volatility and the specific financial instrument being traded.

Indicative minimum spreads start from:

  • Forex: from 1.8 pips
  • Indices: from 1.8 points
  • Gold: from $0.35
  • Other commodities: from $0.03
  • Stocks: from 0.10%
  • Cryptocurrencies: from 0.50%

“From” spreads represent minimum advertised spreads and are not guaranteed execution spreads. The actual spread applicable to a particular instrument may be wider depending on market conditions, liquidity, volatility and the specific instrument being traded.

Spreads may also widen during periods of increased market volatility, reduced liquidity or around market opening and closing times.

The current spread applicable to an instrument is displayed through the FinZuro trading platform. Clients should consider the applicable spread when assessing the potential cost of entering and exiting a CFD position.

No Trading Commission

FinZuro does not charge a separate commission when clients open or close CFD positions.

The primary transaction cost is reflected in the applicable spread. Where a CFD position is held overnight, an overnight financing charge may also apply.

This spread-based pricing structure means that clients should consider the quoted bid and ask prices rather than expecting a separate commission to be added to each CFD transaction.

Overnight Financing

An overnight financing charge may apply when a CFD position remains open beyond the applicable daily financing time. This charge reflects the financing cost associated with maintaining a leveraged position beyond the trading day.

The applicable overnight financing rate depends on the specific instrument, the direction of the position and the relevant financing conditions. Long and short positions may therefore have different applicable rates.

Current overnight financing rates for individual instruments are displayed through the FinZuro trading platform. Clients should review the applicable rate when considering whether to maintain a leveraged CFD position overnight.

Overnight financing applies across FinZuro's CFD asset classes, including:

  • Forex
  • Stocks
  • Indices
  • Commodities
  • Cryptocurrencies

The amount of overnight financing depends on the applicable rate and the size and duration of the position. As a result, the total financing cost can increase when a position remains open for multiple nights.

FinZuro does not apply a separate triple-swap charge. The applicable overnight financing is calculated according to the rate and methodology displayed for the relevant instrument.

Because overnight financing can affect the overall cost of maintaining a leveraged position, clients should consider this charge when assessing the potential cost of a trading strategy.

Deposit Fees

FinZuro does not charge a fee for depositing funds into a trading account.

Available deposit methods may include:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Bank wire transfers
  • Instant bank transfers in selected countries
  • Cryptocurrency payments

The minimum initial deposit is generally between USD 200 and USD 500, depending on the client's country and available payment options.

FinZuro does not add a separate payment-provider fee to deposits. Where an unexpected payment-related fee occurs as a result of an error attributable to FinZuro, FinZuro will credit the corresponding amount to the client's trading account, subject to verification of the circumstances.

Withdrawal Fees

FinZuro does not charge a fixed or percentage-based withdrawal fee.

Clients can request withdrawals without a separate FinZuro withdrawal charge. However, the bank, payment institution, intermediary, card provider, cryptocurrency exchange or other third-party financial service involved in processing a transaction may apply its own charges.

Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate, conversion spread or third-party charge may also affect the final amount received.

For further information about the withdrawal process, see our Withdrawals page.

Currency Conversion

Where a transaction requires conversion between currencies, FinZuro may apply a currency-conversion fee of up to 0.8% of the amount converted.

The applicable conversion rate and fee are determined at the time of the transaction. The conversion cost may depend on the currencies involved and the applicable transaction conditions.

Where a bank, payment provider, cryptocurrency exchange or other third-party financial institution applies its own conversion charge, that charge is separate from any FinZuro currency-conversion fee.

Clients should take currency-conversion costs into account when depositing, withdrawing or otherwise transferring funds in a currency different from the account's base currency.

Inactivity Fee

An inactivity fee may apply when a trading account remains inactive for an extended period.

FinZuro applies a fixed USD 10 inactivity fee every six months after an account has remained inactive for six consecutive months.

The inactivity period is assessed based on account activity. Clients who resume account activity can avoid further inactivity charges, subject to the applicable account terms.

Any applicable inactivity charge is reflected in the client's account information.

Other Fees

FinZuro does not charge additional fees for account maintenance, trading commissions or platform access beyond the costs specifically described on this page.

The principal costs associated with CFD trading are the applicable spread and, where relevant, overnight financing. Currency-conversion and inactivity fees may also apply in the circumstances described above.

Clients should review the current trading conditions and account documentation before trading, as applicable spreads, overnight financing rates and other disclosed conditions may change over time.

Understanding Your CFD Trading Costs

The total cost of a CFD trade can depend on several factors, including the applicable spread, position size, financial instrument, market conditions and how long the position remains open.

For example, a position opened and closed during the same trading session may primarily incur the applicable spread, while a position held overnight may also incur financing costs.

Understanding spreads, overnight financing and other applicable costs before opening a leveraged position can help clients assess the potential impact of trading expenses on their overall trading results.
