Available withdrawal methods may include credit and debit cards, bank wire transfers, instant bank transfers in selected countries and cryptocurrency payments.
FinZuro does not charge a fixed or percentage-based withdrawal fee. However, banks, payment providers, intermediary institutions, cryptocurrency exchanges or other third-party financial institutions may apply their own charges.
All withdrawal requests are subject to account verification and the applicable withdrawal conditions set out in FinZuro's Terms and Conditions.
Clients can review the available account options on our Account Types page.
Withdrawal Methods
Depending on the client's country, account and available payment options, FinZuro may support withdrawals through:
- Credit and debit cards
- Bank wire transfers
- Instant bank transfers in selected countries
- Cryptocurrency payments
The withdrawal methods available to an individual client may vary depending on their country of residence, payment method, currency and account conditions.
For the initial deposit, withdrawal availability may be subject to the original funding method and applicable payment conditions. From the second deposit onward, FinZuro may process withdrawals through any available supported withdrawal method, subject to verification and the applicable account conditions.
Clients should select the withdrawal method available in their account and provide accurate payment details before submitting a withdrawal request.
Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount at FinZuro is USD 25, or the equivalent amount in another supported currency.
The applicable minimum may be displayed in the client's account when submitting a withdrawal request.
How to Withdraw Funds
To request a withdrawal, clients should:
- Log in to their FinZuro account.
- Open the account's withdrawal or funds-management section.
- Select an available withdrawal method.
- Enter the amount to be withdrawn.
- Provide any required payment details or supporting information.
- Submit the withdrawal request.
A withdrawal request can only be submitted once the client's FinZuro account has been successfully verified.
FinZuro may request additional information or documentation where required to verify the client, payment method or destination account before processing a withdrawal.
Account Verification
For security and financial-crime prevention purposes, clients must complete the required account verification before submitting a withdrawal request.
The account used to receive the withdrawal must be held in the client's own name. FinZuro does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts, payment accounts or other destinations held in another person's name.
Additional verification may be requested where necessary to confirm ownership of a payment method or withdrawal destination.
These procedures help protect client funds and reduce the risk of unauthorized transactions.
Withdrawal Processing Times
FinZuro processes withdrawal requests in accordance with the applicable procedures and timeframes set out in its Terms and Conditions.
Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent by FinZuro, the time required for the funds to reach the client's bank, card or external wallet depends on the payment method and the relevant third-party payment infrastructure.
Typical delivery times are:
| Withdrawal method | Typical time to receive funds |
|---|---|
| Cryptocurrency | Within approximately 30 minutes |
| Credit / debit card | Up to 2 business days |
| Instant / local bank transfer | Same or next business day |
| Bank wire transfer | Up to 5 business days |
These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the payment provider, receiving bank, intermediary institution, blockchain network, currency, jurisdiction, weekends, public holidays and other factors outside FinZuro's control.
The processing of a withdrawal by FinZuro and the subsequent delivery of funds by a third-party payment provider are separate stages. A withdrawal being marked as processed or sent by FinZuro does not necessarily mean that the funds will immediately appear in the client's external account.
Withdrawal Fees
FinZuro does not charge a fixed or percentage-based fee for withdrawing funds.
However, third-party charges may apply. These can include fees charged by:
- Banks
- Intermediary banks
- Card providers
- Payment institutions
- Cryptocurrency exchanges
- Other financial service providers involved in processing the transaction
Any third-party fee is outside FinZuro's control and may be deducted from the amount received by the client.
Where currency conversion is required, a currency-conversion fee of up to 0.8% may apply in accordance with FinZuro's published pricing conditions. Third-party exchange-rate spreads or conversion charges may also apply.
For a complete overview of trading and account-related costs, see our Fees & Costs page.
Withdrawal to the Original Payment Method
For the initial deposit, withdrawal arrangements may be subject to the original payment method and applicable payment-processing requirements.
This approach may be used to return deposited funds through the payment method originally used to fund the account. It also helps FinZuro verify the source and destination of client funds.
From the second deposit onward, FinZuro may process withdrawals through any available supported withdrawal method, subject to the client's account status, verification requirements and applicable payment conditions.
The withdrawal method available to a client may depend on their country, currency, payment provider and other transaction-specific factors.
Cancelling a Withdrawal Request
A withdrawal request may be cancelled while it remains pending and has not yet been approved and sent by FinZuro.
Once the withdrawal has been approved and sent for payment, it can no longer be cancelled through the trading account.
Where a cancellation is successfully completed, the applicable amount will be returned to the client's available account balance, subject to the applicable account conditions.
Delayed or Unreceived Withdrawals
If a withdrawal has been processed by FinZuro but the funds have not reached the client's external account within the expected timeframe, the client should first check the transaction status and allow for the applicable payment-provider processing period.
Delays may occur because of:
- Bank processing times
- Intermediary banks
- Payment-provider procedures
- Cryptocurrency network congestion
- Currency or jurisdictional processing requirements
- Weekends and public holidays
- Additional verification or security checks
If the expected delivery timeframe has passed, clients should contact FinZuro Support with the relevant withdrawal details so that the transaction can be reviewed.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are subject to the following general conditions:
- The FinZuro account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
- The withdrawal destination must be held in the client's own name.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is USD 25, or the equivalent in another supported currency.
- Available withdrawal methods depend on the client's country, currency, payment options and account conditions.
- FinZuro does not charge a fixed or percentage-based withdrawal fee.
- Third-party payment-provider or banking charges may apply.
- Currency-conversion costs of up to 0.8% may apply where currency conversion is required.
- FinZuro may request additional documentation or information before processing a withdrawal.

The detailed contractual conditions governing withdrawals are set out in FinZuro's Terms and Conditions.
Withdrawal Security
FinZuro applies account verification and payment-destination checks to help protect client funds and reduce the risk of unauthorized withdrawals.
Clients should ensure that their account information and payment details are accurate before submitting a withdrawal request. Cryptocurrency withdrawals require particular care because transactions sent to an incorrect or unsupported wallet address may not be reversible.
FinZuro may request additional information where necessary to verify the client, payment method or destination before releasing funds.
These procedures form part of FinZuro's approach to Client Protection.
